The easiest way to place an order is through our website via our secure online ordering service which requires you to make payment with your credit or debit card. All you need to do is find the product you want to buy, add it to your Shopping Basket and follow the Checkout instructions.
If the product you require is out of stock we will advise you, via email or telephone, on the nearest delivery date.

We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours. If this is not the case we will notify you. As standard orders are dispatched using Royal Mail at the cost stipulated below. A courier can be requested if you require quicker delivery.
Please note that a signature is required for this service so please bear this in mind when specifying your preferred delivery address.
If you have any special delivery requests please make these known to us as courier services can be organised.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Bird of Paradise purchase, please return the item, along with the details requested below, within 14 days of receiving your item. Please DO contact us, in advance of making a return, so we can expect your delivery.
Bird of Paradise will be happy to refund or exchange your items provided they are in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging with original labels still attached. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on goods we consider damaged or used.
